Site located at Khasra No. 1106,1112, Village- Kela G.T Road, Ghaziabad, Landmark Navrang Theatre, GT Road Ghaziabad. Total plot area 3016.88 sq. mt. and area of plot considered is 2836.30sq. mt.
2.1 meters high boundary wall with 450 mm high brick and plaster wall and above 1650 mm high steel grill between two R.C.C columns approx. 4.5 meters center to center. The boundary wall shall be earthquake resistant.

Transformers shall be used along with necessary switch-gear for distributing electricity at LT voltage. All street/landscape lighting shall be LED based and automatically controlled by astronomical timer and for energy saving, the same shall be selectively controlled by timer as per the time zone.
Commercial Project.
STP shall be provided. Treater water shall be used for flushing, irrigation, carwash, pathway cleaning and excess water shall be discharged into the municipal sewer as per site.
Solid waste collection chamber proposed in each tower. Recyclable and non-recyclable waste will be disposed through a local approved agency
Rain water harvesting facilities shall be provided and treated sewage water shall be recycled to the extent feasible.
Solar panels shall be provided on terrace for renewable energy.
Fire noc UID number is UPFS/2022/57770/GZB/GHAZIABAD/3798/JD and fire tender path shall be provided as per NBC. Fire fighting system along with pumps and water storage tanks shall be provided as per NBC and NOC from the fire department.

Fire staircase have bene provided as per approved fire drawing for evacuation.
