We have one plot of size 2724.47 sq. mtr. having 2 entrance gates one main gate from the 25m wide road and a second gate from 45 m wide road.
2 m high and 115 m thick brick work and rcc work in column and beam which give a beautiful iconic design to boundary wall.
From the main entrance gate we have 80 mm thick interlocking brick/RCC road on all four sides of the building whose width will be mtr.
We will not provide any footpath.
We will provide 2 nos. of pump for the requirement of blocks through underground pipelines. First of all we store water from pump in the water tank situated on the top of the block. From which all supply will be done through under ground water pipe lines to the flats of each floors.
First we collect all sewage water from all the flats through down pipe of 100 mm dia, After that all sewage water shall go to the municipal sewerage system through 230 mm thick soil with extreme slope of 1:100 to prevent choking of sewer line.
Storm water from roads , roofs and other area shall be sonnected to the storm water drain channel and will go to the rain water harvesting pit for discharge of ground water and overflow shall be connected with municipal drain line.
We will not provide any green area.
We will provide 21 green trees all along the boundary wall.
We will design and implement the system as per the local electricity board and will consider centralized transformer , HT panel, LT panel. , Feeder pillar and DG hack for common service like external lightning , lift, pump room etc.
We will provide community hall on top floor of the building.
All sewage water shall be go to the municipal sewerage system. There is not any provision for treatment of sewerage water at site.
There are a proper garbage collection area provided for the solid waste management..

We will use LED lights fitting in external area as well as solar light and will suggest to individual also to use.
This project has only residential flats . Hence we will provide fire fighting facility in common areas while individual owner can install their own system as per their and local authorities requirement.

We are providing fire escape stair case with sufficient width that open to the wide corridor for the public to safely evacuate in the case of emergency.
