Demarcation of Plots

Demarcation of plots shall be execute during the period of development.

Boundary Wall

That the boundary wall shall be constructed with RCC column and plinth level beam with Brick Masonry, plaster and paint work on plaster area.

Road Work

That the internal road of the plotted area shall be of interlock tile/paver with 2 coarse of WBM with fully compacted earth.

Footpaths

The sanctioned lay out plan does not have any foot path, so no construction shall be execute.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

The water supply line shall be laid in the internal area of plotted lay out along the plot side and water shall be supply with under ground tank.

Sewer System

The sewage line shall be laid under ground with required capacity and brick masonry chamber shall be construct and main line shall be finally connected to STP.

Drain

The internal drain line shall be laid under ground of design capacity and brick masonry chamber shall also be construct.

Parks

That the Park shall be developed with grass, jogging track/ path way along with ground covers, trees .

Tree Planting

That the tree shall be planted in the park and internal road site of the plotted plan.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

That the internal electricity supply shall be supplied form the internal sub station as per the specification of UPPCL and the street light pole shall also be erected along road side.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

That the STP shall be installed to treat the sewage and treated water shall be used for horticulture, cleaning of path way/ road area and excess water if any will be drain out to municipal drain.
