The project land and the building line will be maintained as per the approved map.
An 6 feet high boundary wall will be constructed in the project to provide single entry exit. The wall will be constructed in brick and mortar and will be plastered abd painted. The foundation will be approx 3 feet deep.
9 m wide road in cement concrete will be constructed along between building line and project boundary. The road section will have the compacted subgrade and the granular base .
The foot path at required location will be constructed along the road section.
The ground water will be pumped to the overhead tanks on the terrace. The pumping station will have two pumps of 5 HP capacity. from overhead tank the water will be delivered to each unit and common area through PVC pipe line
