The trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project and along the boundary walls. The tree selection, flora, and vegetation shall be as per the climatic conditions. Trees will be planted in a manner to ensure that there is no hindrance to the services/ usage in the project.
LED lights will be used for street lighting, approximately. 33Nos. of external poles/lights proposed, transformer units, 5 in number.
The community area is within the building footprint and will be developed as per the approved plan.
Sewage shall be treated in the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of 700 KLD Capacity, type of STP- MBBR, and thereafter, the treated water shall be used for flushing and irrigation.
Solid waste, approximately 2790 Kg/day, is to be collected from individual flats and stored in the garbage room. Recyclables shall be processed in the compost machine to make compost. Non-recyclable waste shall be disposed of through approved agency.
Rainwater harvesting pits , 5 in number of 45 m3 capacity each, shall be provided for groundwater recharging and overflow to be discharged in the municipal drains. Treated sewage shall be used for irrigation and flushing.
A solar panel system of 135 KW will be used to reduce the energy consumption, and electrical appliances with a star rating will be used in the community building.
Sprinklers, fire doors, yard hydrants, smoke detectors, and fire alarm system will be provided as applicable. 12 Nos. External and more than 100 internal hydrants shall be used.
