Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Sewer System

The sewage will be collected through a soil pipeline arrangement, bends, and inspection chambers leading to the sewage water treatment plant (STP) of the total project, and treated water will be used for irrigation and flushing purposes. Pipes are running in the basement ceiling by gravity, pipe size-200 mm dia, manhole has not been proposed as the pipe is running in the basement at ceiling level by gravity, piping network design is used.

Drain

Length 385 mtrs., width-450 mm dia(Dia of Pipe) , storm water system is planned using pipe system, Pipe material is SN4, disposal by using rainwater harvesting and external drains.

Parks

Green area to be provided as per the approved plan.

Tree Planting

The trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project and along the boundary walls. The tree selection, flora, and vegetation shall be as per the climatic conditions. Trees will be planted in a manner to ensure that there is no hindrance to the services/ usage in the project.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

LED lights will be used for street lighting, approximately. 33Nos. of external poles/lights proposed, transformer units, 5 in number.

Community Buildings

The community area is within the building footprint and will be developed as per the approved plan.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Sewage shall be treated in the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of 700 KLD Capacity, type of STP- MBBR, and thereafter, the treated water shall be used for flushing and irrigation.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Solid waste, approximately 2790 Kg/day, is to be collected from individual flats and stored in the garbage room. Recyclables shall be processed in the compost machine to make compost. Non-recyclable waste shall be disposed of through approved agency.

Water Conservation System

Rainwater harvesting pits , 5 in number of 45 m3 capacity each, shall be provided for groundwater recharging and overflow to be discharged in the municipal drains. Treated sewage shall be used for irrigation and flushing.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

A solar panel system of 135 KW will be used to reduce the energy consumption, and electrical appliances with a star rating will be used in the community building.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Sprinklers, fire doors, yard hydrants, smoke detectors, and fire alarm system will be provided as applicable. 12 Nos. External and more than 100 internal hydrants shall be used.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Not Applicable.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Fire staircases shall be provided as per the approved fire drawing for evacuation to open areas.
