Demarcation of Plots

Site located at Plot No. CS-03 Swarn Jyanti Puram Ghaziabad. Land Mark -Govind Puram Road. Total Plot area is 1894.85 Sqmtr and area of plot concidered is 1894.85 Sqmtr.

Boundary Wall

2.1 meters high boundary wall with 450mm high brick and plaster wall with R.C.C Columns approx 4.5 meters center to center. The boundary wall shall be earthquake resistant.

Road Work

All roads complex will combination of concrete pavers of different colurs , shape and thickness. Road will be laid over 225 mm water bound macadam. Front road 6mtr wide and back road is 6mtr wide . Main road is 18.0 mtrs front of project.

Footpaths

All footpaths in complex will be combination of concrete pavers of different colurs ,shape, thickness. Footpath will be laid over 150mm water bound macadam surface.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Portable water supply from underground collection tank and pumped to overhead water tank located at the top floor terrace . The supply of water shall be from the said overhead water tank.

Sewer System

The sewage will be collected through a soil pipelines arrangement ,bends and inspection chambers leading to the sewage water treatment plan (STP) of the project, from where the sewage will be used from irrigation and flushing purpose.

Drain

Rain water shall be collected in drains and connected to the underground cement concrete pipes for discharge, Water will be collected in man hole to be constructed in periphery of complex and these manholes shall be connected with drain og ghaziabad nagar nigam.

The tree will be planted at all suitable location of the project and along the boundary wall. The tree selection flora and vegitation shall be as per the climatic condition. Trees will be planted in manner to ensure that there is no hindrance in the services / usage in the project.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Transformers shall be used along with necessary switch-gear for distribution electricity at L.V Voltage. All street/landscape lighting shall be LED based and automatically controlled by astronomical timers and energy saving, the same shall be selectively controlled by timers as per the time zone.

Community Buildings

Its commercial building . Approved by Ghaziabad development authority and designed as per norms.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

S.T.P Shall be provided. Treated water shall be used from flushing , irrigation,carwash,pathway cleaning and excess water shall be discharged into the muncipal sewer as per site.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Soiled waste collection proposed in every floor and common areas. Recyclable and non recyclable waste will be disposed through a local approved agency.

Water Conservation System

Rain water harvesting facility shall be provided and treated sewage water shall be recycled to the extent feasible.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Solar panels shall be provided for all street lights for renewable energy.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Fire Noc UID number UPFC/2022/67681/GZB/GHAZIABAD/4315/CFO. and fire tender path shall be provided as per NBC. Fire fighting system along with pumps and water storage tanks shall be provided as per NBC and NOC from Fire department.
