Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

To be provided by Ghaziabad Development Authority and storage will be done in RCC underground water tank with storage capacity of 2,70,000 litres. Water will be pumped via pressure pumps to RCC overhead water tank with storage capacity 96000 litres and further supply to indivisual flats/ units will be provided by gravity/hydropneumatic pumps through the over head tank.

Sewer System

Sewer lines of 160 OD UPVC soil and waste pipes will hang through basement ceiling an dunderground sewer lines of 500 mm dia RCC NP3 will be connected to 60 KLD STP made in RCC Structure in the basement.

Drain

RCC NP2 underground pipe drain of 400 mm dia with RCC chambers of varying dia from 910 mm to 1820 mm placed approximately 15 mtr apart.

Parks

670 sqmtr of green area will be developed as parks with landscaping and kids play area.

Tree Planting

Seasonal fruit trees of atleast 750-1000 mm height will be planted and maintained throughout the green area in the project.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

HT Panel, Transformer, LT Panel as per the SLD approved by UPPCL at the time of completion will be provided to supply electricity and DG sets of appropriate capacity will be installed for providing power backup. Street lights on MS poles will be provided all along the boundary, around the tower area and in the green area to keep the whole society campus well lit after dark.

Community Buildings

Club area of 1365.85 sqmtr will be developed and will include facilities like Multipurpose hall, Gym, Table Tennis, Pool table etc.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

STP of 60 KLD capacity will be built in RCC and sewerage treatment will be based on SAFF Technology.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Door to door collection and disposal of soild waste through fully automatic Organic Waste Converter.

Water Conservation System

STP treated water will be used for flushing and gardening and two Rain Water Harvesting pits will be provided for recharging of water table and recycling of strom and rain water.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Solar panel based and sensor based external lighting will be provided to generate and use renewable energy and reduce the consumption of electricity.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Integrated fire alarm system and fire extinguishing system including sprinklers in basements, fire hydrants and CO2 cylinders at all floors will be provided and functional training will be imparted to the security personnel as well as the residents from time to time.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Nursery School of two floors having total area of 395.70 sqmtr for kids upto the age of 5-6 yrs. will be bulit and run inside the apartment complex with all modern facilities and best teaching services. Provision of child care services and weekly doctor visits for health check up for all the construction workers

Emergency Evacuation Services

A seperate fire exit staicase will be built in both towers for emergency evacuation. Mock Drills and periodic training for emergency evacuation will be conducted by specialized agencies for the security personnel deployed on site and residents from time to time.

Other Miscellaneous Work
