STP of 60 KLD capacity will be built in RCC and sewerage treatment will be based on SAFF Technology.
Door to door collection and disposal of soild waste through fully automatic Organic Waste Converter.
STP treated water will be used for flushing and gardening and two Rain Water Harvesting pits will be provided for recharging of water table and recycling of strom and rain water.
Solar panel based and sensor based external lighting will be provided to generate and use renewable energy and reduce the consumption of electricity.
Integrated fire alarm system and fire extinguishing system including sprinklers in basements, fire hydrants and CO2 cylinders at all floors will be provided and functional training will be imparted to the security personnel as well as the residents from time to time.
Nursery School of two floors having total area of 395.70 sqmtr for kids upto the age of 5-6 yrs. will be bulit and run inside the apartment complex with all modern facilities and best teaching services. Provision of child care services and weekly doctor visits for health check up for all the construction workers
A seperate fire exit staicase will be built in both towers for emergency evacuation. Mock Drills and periodic training for emergency evacuation will be conducted by specialized agencies for the security personnel deployed on site and residents from time to time.
