THE FOOTPATH (3FT WIDE) HAVE BEEN DESIGNED TO CARRY SEWER (6INCH HUME PIPE )WATER LINE (6 INCH PVC PIPE) DRAIN PIPE. ALL THESE SERVICES ARE UNDERGROUND. THE FOOTPATH CONSTRUCTED USING PAVER BLOCKS WITH KERB STONE (12INCH WIDE)
WATER IS BEING SUPPLED THROUG BOREWELL WITH 6INCH BORING AND 5 HP PUMP
A NEWORK UNDERGORUND 6 INCH HUME PIPE WILL BE LAID TO CARRY SEWAGE FROM HOUSEHOLD TO STP PLACED WITHIN THE PROJECT.
WASTE WATER FROM HOUSEHOLD THROUGH 6INCH PVC PIPE WHICH IS LAID UNDERGROUND DEPENDING UPON THE CLASSIFICATION OF WASTE WATER
THE TOTAL PARK AREA TO BE DEVELOPED AS PER HORTICULTURE PLAN. THE PARK WILL BE BOUNDE BY MS GRILL AND LIGHTING ARRANGEMENT AND PARK BENCHES WILL BE INSTALLED REGULAR INTERVALS.
MORE THAN 100 TREE WILL BE IMPLANTED IN THE PROJECT. FLOWERING PLANTS AND EVERGEEN PLANT WILL BE PLANTED IN OPERN AREAS AND OTHER INSTALLATION
CABLE WILL BE USED TO SUPPLY LT POWER . WE WILL DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT THE SYSTEM AS PER LOCAL AUTHORITY BOARD AND WILL BE CONSIDER CENTRALIZED TRANSFORMER.
CONSIDERING SIZE OF PROJECT NO SUCH COMMUNITY BUILDING IS PLANNED
THE SEWAGE AND SULLAGE WATER WILL BE CARRIED FROM HOUSEHOLD THROUGH UNDERGROUND SERVICE PIPE TO STP.
STP PLANNED FOR THE PROJECT WORK BREAK DOWN SOLID WASTE AND FILTERED WATER IS RECEIVED FROM THE INCOMING GREY WATER
WE WILL SUGGEST TO INDIVIDUAL TO USE LOW FLOW FIXTURE AS WELL DUAL FLUSH CISTERN AND RAW WATER HARVESTING SYSTEM TO REDUCE THE WATER CONSUMPTION AND IMPROVE THE GROUND WATER LEVEL.
THE ELECTRICAL PLAN OF THE PROJECT HAS BEEN DEVELOPED AS PER THE NORMS OF THE UP ELECTRICITY BOARD AND PuVVNL.
BEING A PLOTTED DEVELOPMENT PROJECT THE REQUIREMENT FOR FIRE PROTECTION IS LIMITED, HOWEVER 08 NUMBER OF FIRE HYDRANT AND SAND BUCKETS HAVE BEEN PLACED IN VARIOUS COMMON AREA
NOT APPLICABLE IN THIS PROJECT.
