We have one plot size of 3356 sq mtrs well demarcated having 1 main gate from the 30m wide road.
1.8 m high boundary wall with 230/115 thick brickwork with one entrance from 30 m wide main road. At the center face of boundary wall there would be a Logo of the project which give a beautiful iconic design to boundary wall.
From the main entrance we have 80 mm thick interlocking/cc road at driveway throughout the project whose wideness start from 6m width.
Footpath along green area will be provided as per landscape design.
We will provide borewell for water requirement of apartments connecting to underground water tank as well to overhead water tank.
All sewerage water shall connect with existing municipal sewerage system.
Storm water shall be provided. Storm water from road and other landscape area shall be connected to storm water drain channel at driveway connecting to existing municipal drain at road and rain water from terrace will be connected to rain water harvesting system.
We will provide green area in the project as per norms /sanctioned map by authority.
We will plant trees in the entire project as per as per the species recommended in the landscape in order to maintain greenery and natural view.
We will design and implement the system as per local electricity board by providing centralized transformer, HT panel, LT panel and DG for power back up for common facilities/amenities.
Community hall is planned in our project and will be as per per sanctioned map by authority.

There will be proper garbage collection area for solid waste management and its disposal will will be carried out by the agencies appointed by municipal corporation.
A well designed rain water harvesting system shall be provided for the whole building complex to conserve water.
We will use led light fitting in external areas as well as solar lights for energy management system. We will suggest individuals to also use led lights.
All Fire norms shall be followed as per NBC code and Fire protection and fire safety system will be as per noc given by fire department.
