COMPOUND WALL OF 1.8 METRE HEIGHT WILL BE CONSTRUCTED AT THE PERIPHERY OF THE SAID PREMISES.

UNDERGROUND DRAINAGE SYSTEM WILL BE CONNECTED TO MAIN DRAIN LINE OF TOWNSHIP. ALL THE SURFACE DRAINAGE SHALL BE CONNECTED TO THE TOWNSHIP DRAIN THROUGH WELL DESIGNED UNDERGROUND WATER DRAIN SYSTEM. (APPROX LENGTH-550 METRE).
PARKS TO BE DEVELOPED WITH GRASS COVER AND SHRUBS. GREEN SHALL BE DEVELOPED AS PER APPROVED PLAN.
TREES WILL BE PLANTED ALONGSIDE THE BOUNDARY WALL OF THE PREMISES AT SUITABLE PLACES IN THE GREEN AREAS. PLANT NAME-NEEM (10 NOS.), GULMOHAR(10 NOS). FICUS BENJAMINA (10 NOS.) ETC.
THE ELECTRIC SUPPLY WILL BE PROVIDED TO ALL THE UNITS THROUGH A SEPERATE TRANSFORMER OF DESIGNED CAPACITY. THE TRANSFORMER OF THE PREMISES WILL BE FED BY THE ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE TOWNSHIP. SEPERATE METRE PANELS WILL BE INSTALLED IN THE PREMISES WHICH WILL BE CONNECTED TO INDIVIDUAL UNITS. 5 METRE HIGH STREET LIGHT POLES AT REGULAR INTERVALS ON THE INTERNAL ROADS OF THE PREMISES.
