Social gathering spaces will be provided with in the community building.
Refuge area will be provided in each tower as per NBC 2016 in addition to the Main and Fire Staircase.
Other Miscellaneous Work A comprehensive security system will be implemented , including Security Guard, CCTV Cameras and controlled access.
