Water will be brought into Raw water tank from Municipal supply line & Borewell supply. From there water will be transferred to OHT to supply to all users points. The Capacity of Overhead Water Tank for Jagannath Tower will be 90 KLPD for Domestic, 45 KLPD for Flushing and 10 KL for Fire fighting. The Capacity of Overhead Water Tank for Subadhra Tower will be 90 KLPD for Domestic, 45 KLPD for Flushing and 10 KL for Fire fighting. The Capacity of Overhead Water Tank for Balabhadra Tower will be 90 KLPD for Domestic, 45 KLPD for Flushing and 10 KL for Fire fighting. The Capacity Overhead Water Tank for Community Building will be 10 KLPD for Domestic, 5 KLPD for Flushing and 5 KL for Fire Fighting. The Capacity Overhead Water Tank for Commercial is 15 KLPD for Domestic, 5 KLPD for Flushing and 20 KL for Fire fighting.
The soil & waste water discharge from toilets and kitchen shall be channelised through a network of horizontal and vertical pipes into external sewer lines running between boundary wall and retaining wall/basement ceiling through a network of manholes. Manholes for sewage finally discharge the effluent into a sewage treatment plant. After treatment, water will be used for flushing and irrigation purposes .
The rainwater collected from terrace and balconies of different towers shall be channelised through a network of horizontal and vertical pipes into strom water drainage manholes running between boundary wall and retaining wall. Adequate number/capacity of rain water harvesting pits/tank shall be proposed as per CGWB norms

Planned trees are 132 nos. in open green areas and along the boundary wall with shrubs and grass. Various species of trees shall be provided.
Electrical Supply based upon 33 KVA Supply Volatge through Single Point Bulk Supply Electricity Connection. Electricity Supply to Apartmets through Rising Mains System with DSDR Meters at all floors. The External Lighting is proposed based upon Landscape design. External Lighting shall have timer based control system. Basement as well as common area lighting shall have timer based control system. Common area lighting shall have a separate meter.
Comunitiy facility spread over three levels ie ground plus two storeys and terrace. Club Facilities include Community Hall, Area, Gym & Recreational Hall.
The treatment of sulluage will be done in sewage treatment plant of adequate capacity of MBBR reactor. The treatmnet of sullage will be done with ultra filtration process and outlet parameters will be as per EIA requirements. The treated water will be transferred to OHT for flushing and irrigation purposes. The Capacity of Sewage Treatment Plant is 600 KLD.
Organic waste composter of adequate capacity for solid waste management shall be provided.
The water will be conserved by adopting best quality IGBC certified low volume and low dischage fixtures. Further use of treated water with methods such as drip irrigation in landscape areas and flushing water in towers shall further reduce the demand of water.
Energy conservation with methods such as solar power generation and energy efficient fixtures shall be adopted in the Project.
The fire fighting / protection will be done as per Fire NOC.
