There are Total of 67 Residential Plots plus 2 Commercial Plots as per Sanctioned map by Ghaziabad Development Authority. All the Plots will be demarcated by the kerb stones at the corners as per the size and alignment of the plots will be done as per the approved map.
Project Boundary with Wall / MS Grill (of approximately 6 feet height over RCC plinth beam) will be constructed along the project boundary as per sanctioned map by Ghaziabad Development Authority. The foundation of the boundary will be constructed with RCC / brick and mortar.
Bitumen / CC based road will be constructed as per approved layout map. Best quality roads will be constructed with use of A Grade material. The Slopes - Longitudinal and Transverse will be maintained to assist smooth ride and quick removal of water.
Footpaths will be constructed as per project requirements and needs. Compacted earth topped with sand bed and then 80 mm interlocking paver tiles would be laid to assist safe walking with anti skid all weather surface. The strength of paving blocks will be approximately M-30.
Government water supply would be seeked after taking approvals from statutory departments. Underground water tank is being constructed in the project. The water will be pumped to individual units through underground piping arrangement.
Centralized sewer system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall go to the project STP for treatment and treated water shall be recycled and it will be used in gardening.
Storm water system shall be provided. Storm water from roads and other landscape areas shall be connected to storm water drain channel and go to the rain water harvesting pit for recharging the ground water and overflow shall be connected with project drain.
Park will be laid as per layout approved by Ghaziabad Development Authority. The lush green park will also be having sitting area.
Tree plantation of different variety of trees as per site conditions are planned by following authority guidelines.
The Electrical Design for the domestic usage and common areas of the project will be designed as per guidelines issued by local electricity department. Separate transformer and electrical room will be provided for the project. MS street light designer poles with energy saving LED lighting fixtures will be used and the electrical connection will be provided to each unit through distribution box.

15 Sq. Mts. Garbage Collection Centre is to be constructed within the project for solid waste management. In addition, garbage collection bins will be installed at common areas to keep the project premise clean.
Rain water harvesting pit(s) will be constructed in the project to collect storm and rain water. The water will be collected in the collection chamber which will be put through series of granular filtration process to clear the water, which will then be taken down to the water table through perforate PVC pipe.
