As per approved map a total of 53 plots are being developed of various sizes. Demarcation of plot will be done with RCC pillars on four corner of 5 ft height.
Project bounded by compound wall. The said boundary wall is constructed with 9 inch thick brick work and 6 ft in height. the construction is done by fly-ash/red brick work using cement mortar in 1-6 ratio
The internal road will be developed within the project with 9 meter width. Road construction is carried out with basic earth work followed by WBM. GSB, stone dust and ganga sand followed with extensive compaction and thereafter finished with CC work 5 inch thick concrete.
The footpath (3ft wide) have been designed to carry sewer (6 inch hume pipe) water line (2 inch UPVC) storm water ( 6 Inch PVC pipe) Drain pipe. All these services are underground. The footpath is constructed using paver blocks with kerb stone (12 inch wide)
Water is being supplied through borewell with 6 inch boring and 5HP pump. Supply to units will be done by underground UPVC pipes of 2 inch thickness.
A network underground 6 inch hume/PVC pipe will be laid to carry sewerage from household to STP placed within the project. The project is planned with packaged STP of 40 KLD.
Roof top run off and kitchen waste water is from households through 6 inch PVC pipes which is laid underground or road (9inch wide ) side drain depending upon the classification of waste water. The waste water will be used for irrigation and road cleaning.
Total park area to be developed is 1220 Sq. mtr. The park will be developed as per the horticulture plan, hierarchical trees and shrubs will be planted as per forest policy. The park will be bounded with MS grill and ample lighting arrangement will be made. Park benches will be installed at regular interval.
More than 50 trees have been planted within the project. Avenue trees such as kadam and bushes and hedges will be planted hierarchical order. Flowering plants and evergreen plant have been planted in open areas and other installation.
Underground cables will be used to supply LT power with 3.5x70mm armoured cable and electrical distribution from DB to individual units by 10mm wires. Modern street light will be installed alternatively at every 40 to 60 ft interval.
Considering the small size of project no such community building is planned.
Package STP of 40 KLD installed as per MBBR technology. The sewage and sullage water will be carried from households through underground services pipes to STP. Treated water from STP will be used for irrigation and road cleaning. The detailed project report for the treatment of Sewage through STP has been submitted before PDA.
STP planned for the project works to break-down solid waste and filtered water is received from the incoming gray water. This filtered water is used to for irrigation and washing of roads.
Rain water harvesting is planned at the north end of the project land and the stipulated NOC from ground water department will be taken. RWH pits of 40 cumt. along with filters have been planned.
The electrical plan of the project has been developed as per norms of UP electricity board and PuVVNL. Solar flood light at strategic location will be provided to supplement the street light on utility power.
Being a plotted development project the requirement for fire protection is limited, however 4 number fire hydrant and sand bucket have been placed at various easily accessible areas.
Not applicable in this project.
Emergency evacuation areas has been earmarked in open space such as park and tot-lots with a capacity to hold minimum 100 persons at a time in case of requirement. Being plotted development project the need for such services is minimal .
Development norms rules and commitment made before PDA in the development plan will be adhere to.
