All roads in the complex will in combination of concrete pavers of different colors, shape thickness. Roads will be laid over 225 mm water bound macadam.

The trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the project and along the boundary walls. The tree selection, flora and vegetation shall be as per the climatic conditions. Trees will be planted a manner to ensure that there is no hindance in the services/ usage in the Project.
Electric supply provided through 11/0.433 KV transformers and by DG set supply for backup.
Community facilities area has been designed as per authority norms and facilities.
Sewage shall be reated in Sewage Treatment Plan (STP) and thereafter treated water to be used for flushing and irrigation.
Solid waste to be collected from individual flats and stored in garbage room. Recylable shall be processed in the Discharges in the municipal drains. Treated sewage shall be used for irrigation and flushing.
Rain water harvesting pitsshall be provided for ground water recharging and overflow to be discharges in the municipal drains. Treated sewage shall be used for irrigation and flushing.
Single/ Multi point metering will be there for energy purchased from the gird/ power supply company.
Sprinkler, fire doors, yard hydrants, smoke detector and fire alarm system will be provided as applicable.
