ALL ROADS IN THE PROJECT WILL BE IN COMBINATION OF CONCRETE PAVERS OF DIFFERENT SHAPE, THICKNESS, ROADS WILL BE LAID OVER 225MM WATER BOUND MACADAM.
ALL FOOTHPATH IN THE PROJECT WILL BE IN COMBINATION OF CONCRETE PAVERS OF DIFFERENTCOLOUR, SHAPE, AND THICKNESS OF 65MM AND 85MM LAID OVER 150MM WATER BOUND MACADAM SURFACE.
POTABLE WATER SUPPLY FROM MUNICIPLE WATER SUPPLY SHALL BE COLLECTED IN UNDER GROUND COLLECTION TANK AND PUMOED TO OVER HEAD WATER TANK. TH ESUPPLY OF WATER TO INDIVIDUAL FLATS SHALL BE FROM THE SAID OVERHEAD WATER TANK.
THE SEWAGE WILL BE COLLECTED THROUGH A SOIL PIPELINE ARRANGEMENT BENDS AND INSPECTION CHAMBERS LEADING TO SEWAGE WATER TREATMENT PLANT(STP) OF THE PROJECT AND TREATED WATER WILL BE USED FOR IRRIGATION AND FLUSHING PURPOSE.
DRAINS HAVING A MINIMUM WIDTH OF 150MM WILL BE PROVIDED FOR COLLETION AND CHALNNELIZATION OF RAIN WATER (SURFACE RUN OFF).
INTERNAL PARK WILL BE PROVIDED AND MAINTAINED . THE PARK WILL HAVE JOGGING TRACKS, CHILDREN PLAY AREA AND SITTING AREAS.THE GREEN AREA WILL BE LANDSCAPED WITH HARD AND SOFT LANDSCAPING AS PER DESIGN. THE PARKS WILL HAVE FOOTHPATHS AND PLAY AREA OF CHILDRENS.
THE TREES WILL BE PLANTED AT ALL SUITABLE LOCATIONS OF PROJECT AND ALONG THE BOUNDARY WALL.THE TREE SELECTION FLORA AND VEGETATION.
ELECTRIC SUPPLY PROVIDED THROUGH 11/0.433 KV TRANSFORMERS AND BY DG SET SUPPLY FOR BACKUP. ELECTRICAL LAYOUT AND CAPACITY WILL INSTALLED TO FUFFICE THE DOMESTIC USE. ALL ELECTRICAL CABALING WILL BE UNDERGROUND AND STREET LIGHTS WILL BE AS PER WORKING DRAWING.

SEWAGE SHALL BE TREATED SEWAGE . TREATMENT PLANT (STP) AND THEREAFTER WATER TO BE USED FOR FLUSHINGAND IRRIGATION
SOLID WASTE TO BE COLLECTED FROM INDIVIDUAL FLATS AND STORED IN GARBAGE ROOM. RECYCLABLE SHALL BE PROCESSED IN THE COMPOSED MACHINE.
RAIN WATER HARWESTING PITS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR GROUND WASTE RECHARGING AND OVERFLOW TO BE DISCHARGING IN THE MUNICIPLE DRAIN.
SINGLE POINT METERING WILL BE THERE FOR ENERGY PURCHASED FROM THE GRID/ POWER SUPPLY COMPANY.
SPRINKLER, FOR DOORS, YARD HYDRANTS, SMOKE DETECTER AND FIR ALARM SYSTEM WILL BE PROVIDED AS APPLICABLE.
COMMON SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL THE PHASES COMBINED.
