Demarcation of Project has been completed at site as per approved layout of Hi-Tech Township. One Entry and exit constructed at site fro GH-11 (Aananda). One side the 45 meter wide master olan road proposed by Prayagraj Development Authority.
Boundary wall completed for Omaxe Ananda Project.
6 mtr wide CC road constructed for internal drive way.
Footpath will be developed on the both side of road in the parks, width approx 1.0 to 3.0 mtr. as per landscape design and drawings.
All 168 apartments shall be provided with domestic water for household activties. 24 hr water supply including drinking water facilities will be provided through roof top Tank.
Sewarage system will be developed and connected to the common S.T.P ( capacity approx. 500 KLD) will be constructed for project Aananda (GH-11) for Sewerage Disposal.
Drainage system for roop top water will be constructed and connected with 7 rain water harvestings external drainage will be connected with drain.
Common Park/Green/Open area will be developed in project (GH-11). The green area approx 4622 sqm which is inclusive of kids play area other features.
201 Tress/plants (approx), will be planted in Aananda (GH-11) within parks areas, road side and on the boundary.
We have designed the system as per local electricity board and consider centralized transformer, HT panel, LT panel, Feeder pillar and DG back for common service like external lighting with timer control, STP, Pump room etc. Common electric sub-station (ESS) will be developed for total Township. Electric supply will be provided from the ESS.
Common Community building (CLUB swimming pool) under construction at site for all the project GH-11
For the treatment and disposal of sewage and sullage water, the common S.T.P (capacity approx. 500 KLD ) will be constructed for project Aananda (GH-11). And the treated water will be use in irrigation of the green areas.
For solid waste management and disposal system, project shall have waste segregation area. the solid waste shall be encouraged for segregation. Dustbin shall be provided for segregated waste in the common areas within the campus and other waste shall be handed over to the government vendors for further disposal.
Total 7 nos rain water harvesting (RWH) system will be developed for the whole project Aananda (GH-11) to conserve the rain water.
We will use LED lights fitting in external area as well as solar llights as per requirements. In STP and pump room all the equipment shall have energy efficient motors. Timer controlled panels shall be used for efficient energy management.
Provisional Fire NOC received from Fire Dept. and all the fire norms shall be followed as per provisional NOC and as per NBC guidelines.
