All plots are demarcated as per the layout plan being attached. The plot would be demarcated as per the plot area for above mentioned unit. Further the development cost would be incurred in the proportion of the plot size and total land.
All plots are covered by separate boundary walls of atleast 1.5 mtrs. The colony would be having the boundary of the colony of atleast 2.5 mtrs height.

100 plants would be planted all over the residency. Greenery would be promoted. The same has been depicted in landscape plan of approved project.
Electric pole and separate electricity connection would be taken from the concerned electric department of Jhansi. The electric plan would be sanctioned from the electricity board of Jhansi.
A clubhouse has been proposed in the layout.
We would be developing a sewage treatment plan (STP) which would be treating sewage and sullage water. The same has been shown in the approved plan depicting the placement of STP.
It will be collected on regular basis by the cleaning department of city i.e Nagar palika.
