We have a corner plot of size 1140 sqm. situated on a 60 m wide master plan road, with 44 m frontage on a 60 m wide road and 22 m frontage on an 18 m wide road.
There is no boundary wall but a guard room will be built on entrance.
Cement concrete road will be built.
3 m wide footpath with cobblestone flooring in a pattern as per design, with granite borders and curb stones will be made.
