This is a part of Windsor Greens Project situated along community building and in between club. This is the forth phase of the Group housing project.
Both side open green area and open parking will be provided.
Bituman based road will be created in front of Towers.
40-60 mm thick concrete pavers shall be provided for footpaths.
Ground water may also be used, end user shall use their individual RO system as per their requirements. Overhead tanks shall be provided on building terrace for distribution through gravity.
Centralized Sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall go to STP for treatment and after treatment, water shall be recycled and it may be used in gardening .
Storm water system shall be provided. Storm water from roads and other landscape area shall connect to storm water drain channel and go to the rain water harvesting pit for recharging the Ground water.
There is one park (green area) in between both the towers.
There are 4 types of trees provided in site which are kachnar, gulmauhar, kusum and neem.
We have design the system as per local electricity board and consider centralized transformer, HT panel, LT panel and DG back for common service like External lighting, STP, Pump room etc.
Club shall be provided.

Sewerage, storm water and water supply system shall be provided. We have proposed common pump room with primary filteration, transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use and flushing go down through gravity from domestic as wellas flushing tanks. All sewerage shall go to the STP for recycling the water. Storm water for roof, roads and other area shall connect to the storm water drain channel and go to the rain water harvesting pit for recharging the ground water.
Refuge areas with access through a fire door shall be provided at certain floors for evacuation of people. Balcony will also be used for evacuation.
Guard room, Swimming pool, GYM, Yoga pavilion etc. shall be provided
