Demarcation of Plots

This is a part of Windsor Greens Project situated along community building and in between club.

Boundary Wall

1.8m- 2.1m high and 200mm thick boundary wall designed. Brick work of 9 inches and RCC work in column and beam may be used as per design. MS Broad entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary.

Road Work

Bituman based road will be created in front of towers.

Footpaths

40-60 mm thick concrete pavers shall be provided for footpaths.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Ground water will be used. End user will use their individual RO System as per their requirement. Overhead tanks shall be provided on building terrace for distribution through gravity.

Sewer System

Centralized sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall be go to the STP for treatment and after treatment, water shall be recycled and it may be used in gardening.

Drain

Storm water system shall be provided. Storm water from Roads and other landscape area shall connect to Storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting Pit for recharging the Ground water

Parks

there is one park [ green area ] in between both the towers.

Tree Planting

there are 4 types of tree provided in site which area kachnar , gulmauhar , kusum , neem .

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

we have design the system as per local electricity Board and consider centralized Transformer , HT panel ,LT panel ,and DG back for common service like External lighting ,STP , Pump room etc.

Community Buildings

Club shall be provided.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Centralized sewerage system shall be Provided.All sewerage water shall be go to the STP for treatment after treatment , water shall be recycled and it my be used in gardening .

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

There are a proper garbage area provided for the solid waste management .

Water Conservation System

A well designed rain water harvesting system shall be provided for the whole building complex to conserve water.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

We will use LED Lights fitting in external area. tn the STP and Pump room all the equipment shall have energy efficient motor.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

All the fire norms shall be followed as NCB and approval of fire department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Sewerage , Storm water and water supply system shall be Provided. We have Proposed common Pump Room with Primary filteration , transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use and flushing go down through gravity from domestic as well as flushing tanks . ALL Sewerage shall go to the STP for recycling the water . Storm water for Roof, Roads and other area shall connect to the Storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting Pit for recharging the Ground water .

Emergency Evacuation Services

Refuge areas with acess through a fire door shall be provided at certain floors for evacuation of people . Balcony will also be used for evacuation .

Other Miscellaneous Work

Guard room, Swimming pool, GYM , Yoga pavilion etc .shall be provided.
