For demarcation of plots, RCC Tee will be installed between the plots.
Boundary wall with brickwork and columns( at spacing of 3m) and 3m height is proposed surrounding the proposed site.
Bituminous roads of 7.5m, 9m, 12m, 18m and 30m wide are proposed to be built with GSB, WMM, DBM and SDBC/BC.

Community facilities such as sports cum community Centre has been proposed.
Well-planned sewerage system has been proposed for the site.
Waste collection points has been planned throughout the site to facilitate efficient solid waste management.
Individual plots will ensure rain-water harvesting system as per bye-laws.
Individual plots will ensure solar water heater system as per bye-laws.
Near-by Fire stations will ensure fire-safety throughout the site. Fire norms will be followed at community buildings.
Hospitals/heath Centres, Educational institutions, Police station, community Centre, Parks and Commercial Centre have been proposed as per bye-laws.
