The project land will be demarcated as per the approved layout. The setbacks and building lines will also be as per approved map.
7 feet high boundary wall will be constructed with RCC wall/ column and brick work as per drawings. The design will be earthquake resistant. The finishing will be done with all weather paint.
Rigid pavement to cater the residents vehicles will be constructed. The PQC will be laid over 200 mm granular sub-base and 2 layers of water bound macadam . All layers will be compacted to density as per design.
The footpath will be 75mm high from roads . The 75mm cement-concrete interlocking tiles will be laid over 100mm thick PCC with sand bed of 50mm.

The fire fighting system as per the fire department norms will be installed in the project.. The separate fire case is designed for the evacuation services in the building. UP fire department./ NBC 2016 will be referred.
