Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The project land will be demarcated as per the approved layout. The setbacks and building lines will also be as per approved map.

Boundary Wall

7 feet high boundary wall will be constructed with RCC wall/ column and brick work as per drawings. The design will be earthquake resistant. The finishing will be done with all weather paint.

Road Work

Rigid pavement to cater the residents vehicles will be constructed. The PQC will be laid over 200 mm granular sub-base and 2 layers of water bound macadam . All layers will be compacted to density as per design.

Footpaths

The footpath will be 75mm high from roads . The 75mm cement-concrete interlocking tiles will be laid over 100mm thick PCC with sand bed of 50mm.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

The water supply will be provided by Khurja Development Authority. The underground storage will be constructed to store and lift the water to roof tanks. Thereon the water will be supplied to individual units.

Sewer System

The sewer lines will be designed as per norms and the PVC pipes of 10 Kgf pressure will be used to carry the sewer. The sewer will be lead to municipal sewer line.

Drain

underground pipe line drains will be designed as per norms and laid in required slopes. The collection chambers will constructed to cater for the surface runoffs.

Parks

There will be two parks. The soft land scaping will be done along with lighting arrangements.

Tree Planting

The tree of different varieties and in minimum numbers specified by the authority will be planted at all suitable locations of the project.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Electrical sub-station will be designed and installed as per UPPCL norms. MS street light designer poles with energy saving LED lights will be installed.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Dust bins will be installed in the suitable common areas of the project. The garbage collection and disposal arrangements will done by third-Party vendor mechanism.

Rain water harvesting pit as per the approved design in the specified project location to collect the surface and roof run-off to aid the ground water recharge.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Solar panels as per the MOE norms will be installed on the roof top.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

The fire fighting system as per the fire department norms will be installed in the project.. The separate fire case is designed for the evacuation services in the building. UP fire department./ NBC 2016 will be referred.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services
