Demarcation of Plots

Dermarcation of plots will be done as per approved layout. The total number of plots are 43 nos.

Boundary Wall

The boundry wall is in 3 Mt. high that is built in 230 mm thick brick wall in first class brick work in a ratio of ;1.66 mix, with providing column in every 4 Mt. , expansion koint and beam for high duraability damp proof course layer will aslo laid, for moisture resistant purpose.

Road Work

Internal road is 24 Mt. ,9Mt.and 7.50Mt. wide. All roads are RCC with Proper compaction 8 inch boulder will be use, ready mixed concrete will be used which is manufactured in fully automatic batching plant, and designed upto100 Mt. load capacity.

Footpaths

A 1.5 m wide foothpath runs all along the fence outside a park, foothpaths provide an excellent opportunity for esercise as well as movement. Foothpath can be used as decorative cycle paths, running paths, and many other. As such, these foothpath need to be designed with access in mind. They must also be durable, safe and easy to maintain.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Water supply will be provided by the developer through overhead water tank. All water supply pipes elbows, tee, socket etc. will be of uniq make ISI marked.

Sewer System

STP(sewerage tratment plant) is proposed by developer of 95 KLD of MBBR technology with clog pump, irrigation pump etc.

Drain

Providing and laying cast in site RCC drain, strom water lines will be provided by the developers along with roads. All Drain pipes rain water pipes to be make 6kg pressure pipe ISI makred and All PVC fitting to be of ISI makred. Gully Traps and main hole as per details drawing.

Parks

Parks are the gathering spaces for the entire neighborhood. As a result, More people spend their time in the park. Cut grass and manicured trees give attention to the people, While childrens play area is also provided in the park, where all the children are of the society will enjoy and play outdoor games. It also includes pienic tables, benches, walkways, recreational trails, shade structures and lighting.

Tree Planting

Plantation will be done by the developer as per layout. Tree planting is cost-effective, thus making it simpler to achieve the goal of making the earth a safer place by making it free from pollution. The effects of climate changes can also be controlled by increasing the rate of tree plantation.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Stret lighting lines will be laid along the road, the distance between street lightning will be 15 to 20 mts. Electrical substation will also proposed by developers. Wires, Switch socket Crabtree or Anchor Rema make, MCB-ISI make, Conduit- ISI maked, D.B Box ISI marked, Gang Box, Fan Box, light Box as per ISI norms.
