IN THIS PROJECT ROADS WITH TRIMAX/CONCRETE PAVERS AS PER DESIGN AND LAID OVER COMPACTED EARTH GRANULAR SUBBASE (GSB) WBM PCC (1 4 8) AND SAND BED WIDE ROADS 9 MTR .
IN THIS PROJECT THERE FOOTHPATHS WILL BE MADE OF INTERLOCKING CONCRETE PAVERS.
WE WILL FILL THE 2 UNDERGROUND WATER TANK EACH CAPACITY OF 100 KL THROUGH THE BOREWELL, AND FROM THERE THE 2 OVERHEAD WATER TANKS HAVING CAPACITY OF 100 KL EACH WILL BE FILLED USING PUMPS. WATER SUPPLY TO THE PLOTS WILL BE PROVIDED THROUGH THESE TANKS.
IN THIS PROJECT AN EFFICIENT DESIGNED SEWERAGE SYSTEM CONNECTED TO STP (85KLD) AND ALL SEWER WATER SHALL GO THE STP (85 KLD) TO BE DEVELOPED ON THIS PROJECT
A WELL-DESIGNED SYSTEM OF COVERED AND UNDERGROUND DRAIN MEASURING 200 MM DIAMETER SHALL BE IN PLACE, STROM WATER AND ROOF RAINWATER WILL BE DIVERTED TO RAINWATER HARVESTING ARRANGEMENT AS PER NORMS.
AS PER THE SANCTIONED PLAN, THE LAYOUT INCLUDES DESIGNATED GREEN AREAS ON PARK SIDES. WE WILL DEVELOP THE PARKS SITE EXACTLY AS PER SANCTIONED LAYOUT ENSURING ALL GREENS ZONES. THERE IS 2 GREEN PARK MEASURING
GREENERY DEVELOPMENT IN THIS PROJECTS IS PROPOSED IN THE PARK. THESE GREEN SPACE ARE PROVIDED WITH THE CREATING HEALTHY AND MODERATE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE RESIDENTS OF PLOTS. TICH PLANTATION KIDS AREA WILL ALSO THERE IN THIS PROJECT. 1 MTR HEIGHT TREE WILL BE LANTED ALONG THE BOUNDARY WALL AND FRONT SIDE GREEN BELT PROVIDED BY MDA WILL ALSO BE DEVELOPED BY US.
WE WILL DESING AND IMPLEMENT THE SYSTEM AS PER LOCAL ELECTRICITY BOARD AND WILL CONSIDER CENTRALIZED TRANSFORMER 11KV/ 433 KV VARIATION , HT PANEL, LT PANEL, FEEDER PILLAR AND DG SET FOR COMMON SERVICE LIE EXTERNAL LIGHTING PUMP ROOM ETC AND LIGHT BACKUP TO PLOTS.

MODULAR SEWERAGE SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED, ALL SEWERAGE WATER SHALL GO TO THE STP (85 KLD) AND OVERFLOW FROM THE STP (85 KLD) SHALL BE CONNECTED TO THE MUNICIPAL SEWERAGE SYSTEM.
THE COLLECTION AND OF SOLID WASTE WILL BE MANAGED IN COORDINATION WITH LOCAL MUNICIPAL CORPORATION TO ENSURE PROPER HANDING AS PER MUNICIPAL NORMS, ALL WASTE-MANEGEMENT ACTVITIES WILL FOLLOW THE PROCEDURES AND SCHEDULES PRESCRIBED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY.
RECHARGEABLE WELLS AND PITS WILL BE PROVIDED TO FACILITATE EFFICIENT GROUND WATER RECHARGE STROMWATER MANAGEMENT. THESE STRUCTURES WILL BE DEVELOPED AS PER THE APPROVED DESIGH TO ENSURE SUSTAINABLE COMPLIANT WATER-RECHRGE PRACTICES.
