Demarcation of plot line with prefabricated RCC muddy on all four corner of plots

Boundary Wall

230 mm wall in brick massonary with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in ratio of 16 cement mortar on RCC footing and column structure.

Laying of roads with proper longitudinal and cross sectional road slopes in cobble stoneover well compacted subgrade with 75mm and 50mm layers of send.

Laying of designing tiles of 40mm over well compacted subgrade with GSB layers

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Laying of 50, 65, 80(OD) UPVC fresh water supply line from underground tank to individual plots with proper air valve, sluice valve in chambers, scour valve and fire brigade outlet connection at underground tank as MEP drawings

Sewer System

Laying of SN-4 pipes DWC pipes and making of circular manholes and rectangular manhole of size 900x800 mm with 600x600 mm manhole cover for main line with proper finished formation level, invert level of manhole and connection to individual plots as per MEP drawings

Drain

Laying of DWC/RCC NP-3 pipes for storm water drainage throughout the project with Circular Catch Basins of size 700 x 700 on Main Line, rectangular Catch Basin of size 450 x 450 x 450 for individual Plots ( In Plot Owner Schope ), de- Silting Chamber of dia 1.5M and Recharge Well Size 1.2 Dia. in coordination with Finished Formation Levels, Invert level of Manhole and flow rate, as per MEP drawings.

Landscaping of the parks with plantation including trees, shrubs and ground covers and recreational areas with benches, sports facilities such as badminton court, mini-basketball court, and walkways.

Tree Planting

Tree plantation of Turmal Elia, Ficus Panda and Palm trees throughout the project in parks and on roadside to provide shade, as per landscape drawings.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Laying of overhead HT an LT cables from Main electricity board connection to transformers and upto plots for individual connections (Which shall be directly obtained by the plot owners from electricity board) along with fixing of 30 W 50 W street lights on 9m 11m Steel tubular Poles with provision of required capacity transformers as per UPPCL Guidelines.

Construction of Garbage Rooms in brick load bearing Structure with dustbins, collection room and loading area.

Water Conservation System

Installation of Rain Water Harvestings pits for percolation of rainwater to maintain the local ground water levels as per approved layout from MVDA laying Sewage treated Water Supply Line to plots and green areas for flushing and irrigation, as per MEP drawings.
