Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

The plot is rectangular in shape , having road from 3 sides with 24m wide road in front and other side by 18m wide road. The entry is provided from 24m wide road. Plot is surrounded by other plot on one side.

Boundary Wall

2.4m high Boundary wall shall be constructed with AAC Blockwork with cladding. AAC block work and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design.

Drain

We have Proposed Common Pump Room with Primary filteration, Transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use & Flushing go down through gravity from domestic as well as flushing tanks. All Sewage shall be connected to Ansals Sewerage system. Emergency Evacuation Services

Fire Staircase is provided in the building which should be used during emergency. Balcony can also be used for evacuation. Assembly points areas will be demarcated for earthquake and other possible disasters
