Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

We have one plot of size 2509.293 sq. mtr.having 1 main entrance gate from the 9 m wide front road.

Boundary Wall

We will have boundary wall of 1 m high and 115 mm thick Brick work in our project

Road Work

From the main entrance gate we have 80 mm thick brick road through out the project whose wideness starts from 9 mtr.

Footpaths

We would not provide any footpath

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Connecting pipe of 1" dia , approx 4.5 mtrs in length from each plots to main supply pipe line of 2.25" dia and of 68 mtrs in length shall be connect to a submersible pump available at deep boring point. All pipe lines will be lay down underground.

Sewer System

Two main sewerage pipeline each of 12"dia and 68 mtrs in length which will further connect to each plots (as shown in the drawing) from which all sewrage water/waste shall be drain to the septic tank pit and overflow water/waste from the septic tank pit, shall be connect with the municipale sewarege system.

Drain

Storm water shall be Provided. Storm water from Roads and other landscape area shall be connect to the Storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting Pit for recharge the Ground water and overflow shall be connect with Municipal drain line.

Tree Planting

We will provide many type of trees all along the internal road of our proiect.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We will design & implement the system as per local electricity Board.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

All sewage water shall go to septic tank pit and overflow from septic tank shall be connected with municipal sewerage system when come into force.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Solid waste will be collected at garbage collection area provided for in the project

Water Conservation System

We will educate individual to use low flow fixture and water harvesting system to reduce the water consumption

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

We will advice individuals to use LED Lights and fittings for energy savings.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

The project has only residential plots hence fire saftey measurment not needed.
