The project land will be clearly demarcated on land with the project boundary wall. The building lines and the setbacks from the periphery to the building line will be maintained as per the byelaws.
A 8 feet high boundary wall will be constructed for the project. The foundation of the boundary wall will be earthquake resistant. The wall will be constructed in brick and mortar with reinforced columns at specified intervals. The wall will be plastered and painted.
The concrete road will be constructed in the project. The 200mm CC Layer will be laid over DLC and GSB. The surface texturing will be done to ensure antiskid paving surface.
The interlocking paver blocks will be laid to the minimum width of 1m. The M-20 paver block of the depth 60-80mm will be laid for the footpath. The footpath will be on the periphery of the parks and at all suitable locations to encourage walking by the residents.
The ground water will be pumped to the underground water take of minimum 10,000 kl. Thereon the water will be pumped to the terrace tanks. From terrace tanks the water will be supplied to each unit and common areas of the project. The pipe line will be rust free PVC pipes of sufficient diameter to cater the domestic requirements of the project.
The sewer system, Vertical and horizontal will be installed in the project to cater for the domestic and common area sewer. The soil pipes will be installed along with the syphon and inspection chambers at all floor levels. The sewer line will be led to the chambers at the ground level. Thereon the sewer will be lead to the STP.
The sub surface drain and storm water drains will be constructed in the project. The roof top will be catered for the RWH. The water for domestic drain will be separately catered and will be connected to ground drainage system leading to the outlet as per local norms and guidelines.
The parks will be constructed as per the landscape plan. The lush green parks will be developed in the project along with amenities for the kids and elders.
The trees suitable to the local soil will be planted in the project along the parks periphery and boundary wall. The trees will also be planted at all suitable locations.
Separate transformers will be installed for the project as per the approved load/ sanctioned load by DVVNL. The ISI marked electric lines (majorly concealed) will lead to all the individual units through distribution boxes. The street and common lighting will ensure that the common areas are always sufficiently lit.

An STP will be installed in the project. The multi chamber STP will be sufficient to cater for the needs of the project. The sewerage will go through the stage treatments of screening, sedimentation and biological treatment. The waste water will be brought to the safe levels before being disposed.
The waste chute along with multiple garbage bins will be installed at all floors and at all suitable locations of the project. The domestic waste will be collected as per the category and will be disposed at the pre defined locations by the local administrative body.
The rain water harvesting pits will be constructed/ installed in the project to arrest the terrace water and the surface water. The same will be lead to collection chambers and will move through the multi stage filteration system. The collected filtered water will be led through the perforated pipe of 100 dia. to the ground water. The part of this water will be used for the parks etc.
Although not specified in the project, the usage of green technologies along with the LED lights will be installed in the project.
The installations of fire extinguishers will be done at all the required locations of the project. A separate water tank will be constructed for the purpose of fire fighting. The fire hydrants, sprinklers and alarm systems will be put in place. The building will have the emergency exit to ensure safe egress of the residents from the building in case of fire.

The stairwell will be developed in a manner to create safe passage in case of emergency in the building. The riser will be constructed considering the old age and youngsters.
