The boundary dimensions of the plot are (101.92 X 147.66 X 118.71 X 165.04) Meters forming total area of approx. 4.7 acres (19039 Sqm.). A copy of Shajra/dimension plan is uploaded.
The boundary wall is proposed to be constructed with a height ranging from 1.8 to 2.1 m with thickness of 230 mm. The wall be developed using first-class brickwork in cement mortar, with RCC columns and beams integrated at specified intervals, as per approved structural design and drawings. Both main entrance and exit gate shall be fabricated using Mild steel sections and plates, as per approved sanctioned drawings and aligned with property safety features.
Internal roads within the project shall be constructed using RCC trimix/ Paver blocks or Cobblestone. The roads will be developed ensuring proper drainage to facilitate storm water management and have uniform width of 6 meter.
Network of footpaths will be connected to the landscape, garden, and building. The top of footpaths will be finished with paver blocks/cobbles/stone.
Water supply shall be provided by Jaiprakash Associates Limited through its centralised operational Water Treatment Plant. [Approved layout plan of SDZ (Jaypee Greens Sports City)] is uploaded.
Sewer System shall be provided by Jaiprakash Associates Limited (JAL) through its operational S.T.P. having total capacity of 3 MLD. Additionally, 6 more STPs are proposed within Jaypee Greens Sports City to further enhance the sewage management infrastructure. Project sewer line will be connected to JAL sewer line [Approved layout of SDZ (Jaypee Greens Sports City)] is uploaded.
The drain water will be stored in proposed 100 KLD underground water tank and the same will be reused for irrigation and landscaping.
Parks are created with diverse plant species in accordance with YEIDA norms and IGBC standards, including soft and hard landscaping, lawns, etc.
A variety of tree species such as Neem, Amaltas, Silver Oak etc. will be planted through site based on the soil and climatic conditions to improve greenery and air quality.
LT panel will be installed in the basement of Tower-B3 and B4 with two (2) transformers (1600 KVA) capacity each along with total three (3) D.G set (2 D.G. of 1000KVA) capacity each and 1 D.G. of 750 KVA capacity.
Community Building admeasuring 19317 Sq ft is proposed along with various gaming and sports activity, located between Tower-A1 and A2, which have multiple access.
Sewage and sullage water line of the project will be connected to Jaiprakash Associates Limited (JAL) sewerage line and JAL S.T.P is currently operational.
The solid waste shall be encouraged for segregation within all apartments. The dustbins shall be provided in common areas for segregated waste and later, the same shall be handed over to authorised government vendors.
A well-designed rainwater harvesting system shall be provided for the entire building complex to conserve water. This will be achieved by constructing 100 KLD underground water storage tank at site.
Energy efficient lights will be used in external areas, and all pumps and equipment will be fitted with energy efficient motors. Additionally, roof top solar panels will also be installed.
Fire sprinklers and smoke detectors will be installed in common area and each apartment. Fire Hose Cabinets will also be installed in common area of each floor. Additionally, all residents will be given training and guidance to follow all the fire norms for the future.
Parks, community building including gym, swimming pool etc. and green area will be developed in the best possible way.
A fire staircase is provided in each building with fire-resistant doors. Each basement is designed with one access and one exit point to ensure safe evacuation during emergency. Evacuation will be carried out through stilt/lobby area to the open-to-sky space, as per the norms. [Approved fire drawing and NOC uploaded].
Installation of security features like main gate with guard rooms, CCTV surveillance and visitor management along with landscaping and parks. Additionally, proper signage will be provided at the site level and in the basement for clear navigation and safety.
