Demarcation of Plots

Project consists of 97 plots in Phase 4

Boundary Wall

Peripherial compound wall comprising of foundation and 1.5m high masonry wall with barbed wire fencing including plastering and painting as per design.

Road Work

We have road network varying from 9m to 18m. All roads are bituminous/asphalt roads in the project.

Footpaths

In this project internal footpaths will not be provided.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

We will provide water tanks with adequate distribution mechanism and connection through underground pipelines.

Sewer System

200mm-300mm wide dia Sewer lines will be laid out along the 9-18m wide roads. More than 10 manholes will be provided to service the drains

Drain

750mm wide Storm water drains shall be Provided. Storm water from Roads and other landscape area shall be connect to the Storm water drain channel.

Parks

We will provide green area with the different activities spread across approx 5,000 sq.m in 3 or more locations

Tree Planting

We will provide many type of trees with diverse fauna and various species all along the project.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We will design & implement the system as per local electricity Board .

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Modular Sewerage system is planned which shall be connected with the Municipal sewerage system.

There is adequate garbage collection area provided for the solid waste management.

We shall provide rain water harvesting system for water conservation and improve the ground water level.
