We have one plot of size 8749 sq. mtr.having 1 main entrance gate from the 76 m wide front road.
2 m high and 150 mm thick RCC wall on 2 sides. Rest 2 sides 2 mtr high Green Hedge with beautiful iconic design to enhance the Landscape feature of the boundary wall.
From Main entrance gate we have bitumen road and internal roads would be paved with combination of Interlocking tiles, Tiles, RCC and Granite. Main Approach road will be 12 metres wide and internal road will be 7.5 metres wide with thickness of 150 mm.

We will provide many type of trees all along the boundary wall & green area
We will design & implement the system as per local electricity Board and will consider centralized Transformer, HT panel, LT Panel and DG back for common service like External lighting, Fountain, STP, Pump room etc. 2 Transformer with capacity of 630 KVA.
We will provide community club inside the building.
