Demarcation of Plots

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Water will be drawn from underground using submersible pumps and will be supplied through overhead tanks.

Drains will be made to collect water of all open areas and will be connected to sewage chambers.

Central lawn is planned in between 4 blocks. 15 percent green area is being left in the project as per norms which will be properly landscaped.

Dustbins will be installed in all blocks from where municipal persons will collect garbage.

Water Conservation System

Rain water harvesting as given in municipal plans will be made functional. All roof top water will be taken under ground through reverse boring.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

25 k.w. solar roof top electricity plant is planned to provide power to common areas.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

All fire protection and safety systems will be installed as per NOC given by the fire department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Club house is proposed to be made with GYM and other entertainment activities.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Apart from 2 lifts and 1 regular staircase in each block a fire escape stair case is made for emergency evacuation.
