Boundary wall of bricks will be made with concrete pillars in between.

STP will be used for treatment of sewage and sullage water. Treated water will be used for watering plants as well as for flushing. Remaining waste water will be disposed in municipal lines.
Dustbins will be installed in all blocks from where municipal persons will collect garbage.
Rain water harvesting as given in municipal plans will be made functional. All roof top water will be taken under ground through reverse boring.
25 k.w. solar roof top electricity plant is planned to provide power to common areas.
All fire protection and safety systems will be installed as per NOC given by the fire department.
Club house is proposed to be made with GYM and other entertainment activities.
Apart from 2 lifts and 1 regular staircase in each block a fire escape stair case is made for emergency evacuation.
There are multiple things like swimming pool, home theatre etc. which will be given.
