Demarcation of Plots

Demarcation of plots will be done as per approved layout. The total number of plots are 130 nos.

Boundary Wall

The boundary wall is in 3 Mt. high that is built in 230 mm thick brick wall in first class brick work in a ratio of 1;6 mix, with providing column in every 4 Mt. expansion joint and beam for high durability damp proof course layer will also laid, for moisture resistant purpose.

Road Work

Internal road is 12m wide, All road are RCC with proper compaction 8 inch boulder will be use, ready mixed concrete will be used which in manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and designed upto 100 MT load capacity.

2.00mm wide pedestrians constructed along the road. with beautiful pavers.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Water supply will be provided by the developer through over head water tank. All water supply pipes elbows, tee, socket etc. will be of uniq make ISI marked.

Sewer System

S.T.P. (sewer treatment plant) is proposed by developer of 95 KLD of MBBR technology with clog pump, irrigation pump etc.

Drain

Providing and laying cast in site RCC drain . storm water lines will be provided by the developers alongwith the roads. All drain pipes and rain water pipes to be make 6kg Pressure pipe ISI marked and all PVC fitting to be of ISI marked. Gully traps and main hole as per detail drawing.

Land has been reserved for park. Area 2079.96 has been proposed for park.

Tree Planting

Tree Plantation will be done by the developer along with the Roads.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Street lighting lines will be laid along the road, the distance between street lighting will be 15 to 20 Mts. Electrical sub station will also proposed by developers. Wires, switch socket crabtree or anchor roma make MCB - ISI make, conduit; ISI marked, D.B box ISI marked, gang box, fan box, light box etc. as per ISI norms.
