Proposed Group Housing Residential Project over an area measuring 1.297 acre at Gomti Nagar Extension, Lucknow. Plot is well demarcated at the site.
2 meter high and 9" Thick brick wall (230 mm) along two sides of the project and rest two roadside boundary walls/railings shall be as per design.
We will construct the paved/trimix concrete road measuring 193.0M in length and 5.5M in width, this road will be developed as part of the planned onsite infrastructure work.
We will construct a paved stretch measuring 215 meters by 1.5 meters as per the approved design. This work will be executed in accordance with the project specified standards and layout.
We will fill the 2 underground domestic water tank each capacity of 100 KL through the borewell, and from there the 2 overhead water tanks on terrace having capacity of 100 KL each will be filled using pumps. Water supply to the flats will be provided through these tanks. Separate supply lines will be laid for the top two floors, another dedicated line for floors 23 to 19, and a separate line for the remaining floors. This arrangement will ensure that no one faces any water pressure issues. We also have 2 fire underground tanks each with capacity of 100 KL.
Since this is an LDA land and falls under the Municipal Corporation, these facilities have been provided by the Municipal Corporation. We will connect our sewer line measuring 250mm diameter to the Municipal Corporation main sewer line.
A well-designed system of covered and underground drain measuring 200 mm diameter shall be in place, storm water and roof rainwater will be diverted to rainwater harvesting arrangement as per norms.
As per the sanctioned plan, the building layout includes designated green areas on three sides. We will develop the site exactly as per sanctioned layout ensuring all green zones. There is 1 green park measuring 593.22 sq mtr.
2-3 MTR height tree will be planted along the boundary wall and front side green belt provided by LDA will also be developed by us.
We will design and implement the system as per local electricity board and will consider centralized transformer, HT Panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and DG back for common service like External lighting, pump room etc and light backup to flats.
The Proposed on-stilt club area covers 900 sq. meters designed to accommodate community and recreational facilities. Additionally, a 150 sq. meter pool area is planned to complement the club space as part of the overall amenities.
Modular sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall go to the STP and overflow from the STP shall be connected to the Municipal sewerage system.
The collection and disposal of solid waste will be managed in coordination with local municipal corporation to ensure proper handling as per municipal norms. All waste-management activities will follow the procedures and schedules prescribed by the local authority.
Rechargeable wells and pits will be provided to facilitate efficient ground water recharge and stormwater management. These structures will be developed as per the approved design to ensure sustainable and compliant water-recharge practices.
We shall be providing solar panels for the street lighting and water heaters.
A complete fire safety system with A-grade materials will be installed as specified in the UPFES guidelines. Sprinklers will be installed in the flats as well as in the common areas. Fire extinguishers, the fire shaft (which includes valves for hosereel to sprinkle water at the time of emergency), the fire alarm system will also be installed in all common areas.

All emergency evacuation services have been arranged as per the required norms, fire stairs cases provided as per guidelines of (UPFES) and all the guidelines will be strictly followed.
