Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

We have total 90 residential plots and 4 commercial plots which will be demarcated through muddi marking at plots according to the area measurement

Boundary Wall

2 mtr high and 230 mm thick boundary wall proposed. AAC block work and RCC work in column and beam.

Road Work

The work will start after boundary wall work, road of RCC will be constructed whose wideness will start from 7.5 mtr to 9 mtr.

Footpaths

Footpath will be not be applicable in the project.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

We will provide underground water tanks for water supply to individual plots through pump station to be installed through water boring and supply from underground water tank. Also individual can use their own RO as per their needs.

Sewer System

Modular sewerage system of RCC pipes will be laid through proper pcc and jointing for sewer system to the sewage treatment plant as per sanitation plan.

Drain

storm water from roads and other landscape area shall be connect to the storm water drain channel and go to the rain water harvesting pit for recharge the ground water and overflow shall be connect with municipal drain lane.

Parks

parks will be developed through brick work with plaster boundary wall, including swings for kids and benches for rest and also landscaping will be done in 3880.67 sq mtr as per layout

Tree Planting

Ashoka and palm tree will be planted in parks and along side boundary wall with minimum 30 big trees.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We will design and implement the system as per local electricity board and will consider centralized transformer, HT panel, LT panel and feeder pillar for common service like external lighting pump room and electricity poles and street lights will be installed.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Sewage treatment plant of sufficient capacity will be installed for treatment of sewage and sullage water and treated water will be used for gardening at the parks.

Garbage area of 58.96 metre has been proposed for the solid waste management and disposal of the same will be done as per the norms of Nagar Nigam

Rain water harvesting system through boring into park areas will be constructed
