Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Sewer System

The sewage and sullage water will be treated in the township level operational. S.T.P (designed capacity of 23MLD)

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Both, the dry & wet garbage generated will be handed over to the maintenance agency of the township for further disposal by the licensed garbage disposal agency hired by them for such processing.

Water Conservation System

Rainwater Harvesting Pits are proposed in the development areas and the rooftop water is guided to these pits through pipes and collection chambers. Overflow of the Rainwater Harvesting Pits will be disposed in the storm water network which in turn will be connected to the township trunk drainage network.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

Sensor based Street lights are proposed.

Fire hydrants are proposed in the development areas as per the guidelines of fire department.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

This development is an integral part of SUSHANT GOLF CITY and all such facilities for the population of this development are provided at township level by the promoter of SUSHANT GOLF CITY.

Emergency Evacuation Services
