As per approved sanctioned plan demarcation of plots have been completed. There are total 48 plots in this projects with fix size of 111.16 sq. mtr. there will be one main entrance and one exit gate in this project.
Existing boundary wall of 6 feet height and 9 inch thick through brick work and foundation brick work of 4 feet under the ground starting wall foundation from 22 inches thickness going up to 18 inch and then 14 inch and finally 9 inch column in brick boundary wall and plaster work inner side and plaster work in front both side.
12 mtr. and 9 mtr. internal road will be made by rammed earth and then 150mm WBM 40-63 stone / bajraand then 150mm thick PCC and then 125mm thick concrete / RCC
There will be footpaths and made by rammed earth and then 100 mm WBM 40-63 stone / Bajra and then sand work after that pavers will be installed.
Water supply shall be used till park area drinking water facility to be done by residents.
Sewer system will be made underground which consist by rammed earth and then 100 mm thick PCC and then HOPE pipes double wall and then PCC
Drain will be consist of HOPE pipes double wall and main holes in regular interval.
Water bodies / landscape and kids play area along with green area will be developed. Park area will 1710.99 sq. mtr.
In this project we will plant as many trees. Water bodies / landscape and green area will be developed.
We have designed the system as per local electricity board and consider centralized transformer panel, LT panel, Feeder pillar, and DG back with external lighting and pump room.
As this project is plotting hence there will no community building in this project
There will be a centralized sewerage system for the entire project and all are connected with to STP. All sewerage water will go to the STP for treatment after treatment water will be recycle and it will use in gardening and other work.
In this project we will have waste segregation area. The solid waste will be encouraged for segregation. The dustbins will be provided for segregate waste in the common areas.
A well designed rain water harvesting system as per green area and will be providing for the entire project to conserve water
This project is endvisioned as a green sustainable and committed to enviornmental responsibilty and resource efficiency through out the project. The project main aim is to conserve natural resources and implement optimize energy efficient systems,
All fire norms will be followed as per local laws and approval from fire department.
This project do not have social infrastructure and other public amenities.
This is ploting project hence this facility will not be there.
