HVAC-CHW System-Variable Speed Control(VFDs) in secondary chilled water pumping for optimization of CHW flow. 3. HAVC -Aerodynamics type of cooling tower fans with VFD drive control. 4. HAVC-VFD driver for AHUs, TFA for optimisation flow as per requirement which results in significant energy savings. 5. HVAC- Variable Air Volume (VAV) system to control and optimize airflow in conditioned areas with controls as per CO2 parameters level.
As per approved fire drawing fire alarm systems etc. shall be installed. Fire Tender path shall be constructed as per fire norms. Fire Fighting system as per NBC 2016 part-4 with fire pumps of adequate capacity and water storage tanks shall be provided.
