Demarcation of Plots

we have 113 plots in total, in which 109 plots are residential, size start from 69 sqmt to 164 sqmt and 4 plots are commercial size start from 120 sqmt to 744 sqmt. 12 mt main entrance road and 9mt internal roads

Boundary Wall

7m high and 127 mm thick readymade Boundry wall work with piller on every 1.25 m and rcc work in pillers. At the center face of boundary wall there would be a Logo of the project which give a beautiful iconic design to boundary wall.

Road Work

From the main entrance gate we have 412 mm thick 12 m wide asphalted road and internal roads 80 mm thick, 9 m wide interlocking brick road through out the project.

We are providing 3m wide footpath near to each park

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

We will provide overhead water tank with capacity of 1.5 lacs liters with two nos. of pump for the requirement of blocks through underground pipelines.

We will provide green area with the different activities and the green area will have gaming facilities for kids. All parks will be theme base.

We will providemany type of trees all along the boundary wall & green area

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We will design & implement the system as per local electricity Board and will consider centralized Transformer, HT panel, LT Panel and Feeder Pillar for common service like External lighting, Fountain, STP, Pump room etc.
