Demarcation of Plots

We have total 14 plots of different sizes, from 128.68 sq. mtr to 284.63 sq. mtr in this phase of the project.

From the main entrance gate, we have proposed CC road work throughout the entire project whose wideness ranges between 12 mtr 9 mtr, as approved by the prescribed authority, Shahjahanpur

We will provide footpath on both side of the road with adequate width and beautiful pattern

Sewer System

Sewerage System shall be provided. All sewerage water shall be connected with the nearest Municipal Line.

Drains shall be connected with all units, and all link drains shall be connected with the main drain, which shall be connected with the nearest Municipal drain.

396.40 sq. mtr. green areas are proposed throughout the whole project.

Tree Planting

We will provide many types of trees in the entire project site

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We will design and implement the system as per local electricity board and will consider centralized transformer, HT Panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar, etc.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Sewerage system shall be provided. All sewerage water shall be connected with the nearest Municipal Line

There are a proper garage collection area provided for the solid waste management as per Municipal Guidelines

We will suggest individual to use low flow fixture as well dual flush cistern and raw water harvesting system to reduce the water consumption and improve the ground water level

We will use LED light fitting in the external area and street light

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

As the project is a plotted development, for fire fighting facility , individual owner can install their own system as per their need and local authority requirements
