Plots will be demarcated using modern measurement techniques as per the approved layout plan inclusive of roads - 7.50m. and 9.00m, wide, parks and other common areas and they will be marked using brick pillars and toe walls 230mm. thick, where necessary.
Boundary of the project site of 5ft. is constructed in the periphery of the land using 50mm. thick precast concrete panels 1ft. wide and concrete posts.
Internal roads of width 7.50m. and 9.00m. as per approved layout plan will be provided. Sub-base of 10cm. (compacted), Granular Sub-base of 10cm. (compacted) with intermediate base 10 cm. (compacted), Bitumen coating and Seal Coat will be laid in the metalled portion of the roads.
M-15 grade of paver blocks/interlocking tiles will be laid in the project for walking areas. Tiles will be of 40mm./ 60mm./ 80mm. thickness with coloured patterns as per requirement.
Groundwater will be pumped to the overhead water tank of 100kL capacity. Potable water will then be supplied through pipelines using durable PVC pipes of 110mm. and 90mm. ext. dia. of 6kg./cm2 to each individual unit, as required along with valves and ferrules. The tank is earthquake resistant and IS mark durable pipes will be laid to maintain the desired flow for water consumption in domestic use.
250mm. to 300mm. NP-2 RCC hume pipes will be laid to cater to the domestic sewage disposal requirements of the project. Manholes of base dia. 3ft. will be constructed along the sewer line, as required, to ensure smooth functioning of the sewer line. The slopes will lead to the STP of the project and the overflow will be connected to the municipal sewer line when it comes into force.
Stormwater surface drains will be provided in the project. Stormwater from roads and other landscape areas shall be connected to the Rainwater Harvesting pit for recharging the groundwater and the overflow will be connected to the municipal drainage system when it comes into force.
Landscaping of parks with plantation including shrubs, hedges, ground covers and recreational area for kids will be done in the project.
Trees will be planted at all suitable locations of the Project including parks and roadsides. The tree selections will be done to ensure no hindrances in the services in the future.
Electrical Supply with transformers, HT and LT panels, distribution boxes and using suitable electrical cabling in the project premises as per the requirements of the Electricity Department will be done in the project. LED lights and fittings will be used in external areas.

STP will be provided and Sewer Lines with NP-2 RCC pipes will be connected to it as per the Sewer Plan. The overflow will be connected to the municipal sewer line when it comes into force.
Dustbins and proper garbage disposal areas for solid waste management will be provided in the project.
Rainwater Harvesting system will be parks to conserve water in the project. Minimum depth of 2m. will be provided which includes collection and filtration chamber.
