THE DRAIN LENTH WILLBE 380 M OF VARIOUS SIZES . THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM WILL BE CONSTRUCTED WITH PIPES AND MANHOLE AS PER DRAINAGE PLAN OF THE PROJECT.
THE AREA IN PARK WILL BE APPROXIMATE 16000 SQ.FT AT GROUND LEVEL AND TERRACE FLOOR THE PARKS WILL BE DEVELOPED AS PER SITE PLAN INCLUDING TREES PLANTS AND LOCAL FLOWERS .

THE FIRE PROTECTION , DETECTION AND ALRAM SYSTEM SHALL BE DONE AS PER NOC OF UP FIRE DEPARTMENT WHICH INCLUDE FIRE SPRINKLER, FIRE PANNEL, FIRE EXAUST SYSTEM IN BASEMENT AND 200000 LTR UGT AND OHT FOR FIRE FIGHTING.
THE community HALL, children play Area , Gym , TT room , Swimming pool ,open Gym etc shall be developed in this peoject. THE TOTAL AREA WILL BE APPROXIMATE 12900 SQ.FT.
the Emergency Evacuation Plan including fire staircase, Refuse area , Fire pathway shall be developed as per Fire NOC WHICH INCLUDE FIRE STAIRCASE, FIRE EXIT SIGNS AND REFUSE AREA.
