We have one rectangular plot size of 3318.49 sq. mtr. having one main entrance gate from 18 m wide front road
1.8 - 2.1 m high and 115mm to 230 mm thick boundary wall designed. Brick work and RCC work in column and beam may be used as per design. At the left side and right side face of boundary wall there would be a logo of the Project which give a beautiful iconic design to boundary wall. MS Broad entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary
From the main entrance gate we have 50 - 80 mm thick interlocking bricks / RCC road through out the project whose wideness starts from 6 mtr
We will not provide any footpath in this project
We will provide 2 nos of pump for the requirement of block through underground pipelines. a water supply pipe with a diameter of 100 milimeters and boring with a diameters of 150 units, FBC fire bridge inlet connection will be there.
Modular Sewerage system will be provided and all sewerage water will connect with Municipal sewerage system when come into force Sewer line will be constructed with the man hole 800 UP TO 1.00 M Depth and 1000 UP TO 2.00 M Depth and pipe will be laid on slopes from 150, 200 and 250 NP2 .
Strom water will be provided strom water from roads and other landscape area will connect to the strom water drain channel and go to the rain water harvesting Pit for recharge the ground water and overflow will be connected with Municipal drain line.
We will provide green area with the different activities and the green area will have gaming facilities for kids
We will provide different type and varities of trees all along the boundary wall and green area
We will design and implement the system as per demand of local electricity board and will consider centralized transformer, HT Panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and DG back for common service like external lighting, fountain, STP, pump room etc.
There will be a community center with air conditioning is proposed for part of the first floor in the building. It will include facilities such as gym and multipurpose hall
A centralized sewerage system shall be provided. All sewer disposal shall connect directly to the municipal Sewerage system. There is no installation of an STP or any separate treatment plant or arrangement.
There will be a proper garbage collection area provided for the solid waste management
We will suggest to individual to use low flow fixture as well dual flush cistern and raw water harvesting system to reduce the water consumption and improve the ground water level.
We will use LED lights fitting in external area as well as solar lights appox. 25 percent of terrace is covered with solar Voltaic Panels to provide Renewable source of energy for common areas in building and also timer control panels will be used for efficient energy management
All fire norms will be followed as per NBC Code and approval of fire department. Fire sprinklers, smoke detectors, FHC with pumps are provided as per norms

Fire staircase is provided in the building with the resistant doors, basement have one access and exit in case emergency. Dedicated assembly areas are also defined in the campus also adequate signage will be provided
