The project comprises residential plots of varying sizes ranging from 100 Sq Mtrs to more than 500 Swq Mtrs, catering to diverse needs. Total there are 81 plots.
A solid boundary wall constructed using bricks/ RCC is provided around the project parameter. The wall has a total length of 638.11 running meters with a uniform height of 2.1 meters, ensuring site security and controlled access.
Internal roads with a total length of 502.65 meters and a width of 12 meters have been developed. The road consists of two lanes with concrete pavement, integrated with proper storm drainage system.
Well designed foot path covering 736.47 meters are provided on internal roads. Each footpath has a width of 2.25 meters, includes 4 pedestrian crossings, and is constructed using concrete and tiles.
The project is served by municipal water supply through a centralised connection. A 40000 litre storage tank is provided, supported by a filtration system comprising Pressure Sand Filler(PSF).
A comprehensive network of 764 meters is provided using 200 mm HDPE DWC SN8 pipes. The gravity based system includes 86 manholes and has been designed and approved by competent authorities for effective waste water conveyance.
A storm water drainage system of 877 meters is installed using covered pipes drains of varying diameters. The system ensures efficient runoff management with natural disposal, preventing waterlogging during monsoon condition.
The project includes one landscape park covering an area of 1801 Sq Mtrs. The park is developed with 167 trees and plants, lawns, play areas, and public amenities such as benches and play equipment.
Native species of trees are planted at 3 meter spacing across the project. A structured maintenance plan is in place to ensure healthy growth and long term environment sustainability.
The internal electrification includes 48 street light poles with solar powered LED, supported by three transformers. The lighting system provides an illumination level of 30 lux, ensuring energy efficiency. With two transformers T/F -03 250 KVA and T/F-02 250 KVA (Ref Electric Layout Plan)
No separate community building is proposed.
A 55 KLD STP based on MBBR technology is installed. Treated water is reused for gardening and non potable purposes, with regulatory compliance.
The project is expected to generate approximately 220 Kg of waste per day. Waste is collected at a designated collection point and disposed of through the municipal waste management system.
Water conversation measures includes five recharges pits and five recharge walls, each with a capacity of 33 meter cube. The project involves water efficient fixtures and a re-use strategy to optimise water usage.
