WE WILL FILL THE 2 UNDERGROUND DOMESTIC WATER TANK EACH CAPACITY OF 100 KL THROUGH THE BOREWELL, AND FROM THE 2 OVERHEAD WATER TANKS ON TERRACE HAVING CAPACITYOF 100 KL EACH WILL BE FILLED USING PUMPS. WATER SUPPLY TO THE FLATS WILL BE PROVIDED THROUGH THESE TANKS. SEPARATE SUPPLY LINES WILL BE LAID FOR THE TOP TWO FLOORS, ANOTHER DEDICATED LINE FOR FLOORS 23TO 19, AND A SEPARATE LINE FOR THE REMAINING FLOORS. THIS ARRANGEMENT WILL ENSURE THAT NO ONE FACES ANY WATER PRESURE ISSUES. WE ALSO HAVE 2 FIRE UNDERGROUND TANKS EACH WITH CAPACITY OF 100 KL.
SINCE THIS IS AN JHANSI LAND AND FALLS UNDER THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, THESE FACILITIES HAVE BEEN PROVIDED BY THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, WE WILL CONNECT OUR SEWER LINE MEASURING 250MM DIAMETER TO THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION MAIN SEWER LINE,
A WELL-DESIGNED SYSTEM OF COVERED AND UNDERGROUND DRAIN MEASURING 200MM DIAMETER SHALL BE IN PLACE, STROM WATER AND ROOF RAINWATER WILL BE DIVERTED TO RAINWATER HARVESTING ARRANGEMENT AS PAR NORMS.
AS PER THE SANCTIONED PLAN, THE BUILDING LAYOUT INCLUDES DESIGNATED GREEN AREAS ON THREE SIDER. WE WILL DEVELOP THE SITE EXACLTY AS PER SANCTIONNED LAYOUT ENSURING ALL GREEN ZONES. THERE IS
2-3 MTR HEIGHT TREE WILL BE PLANTED ALONG THE BUONDARY WALL AND FRONT SIDE GREEN BELT PROVIDED BY JHANSI WILL ALSO BE DEVELOPED BY US.
WE WILL DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT THE SYSTEM PER LOCAL ELECTRICITY BOARD AND WILL CONSIDER CENTRALIZED TRNSFORMER, HT PANEL, LT PANEL, FEEDER PILLAR AND DG BACK FOR COMMON SERVICE LIKE EXTERNAL LIGHTING, PUMP ROOM ETC AND LIGHT BACKUP TO FLATS,
THE PROPOSED ON-STILL CLUB AREA COVERS 900 SQ. METERS DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE COMMUNITY AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES. ADDITIONALLY, A 150 SQ. METER POOL AREA IS PLANNED TO COMPLEMENT THE CLUB SPACE AS PART OF THE OVERALL AMENITIES.
MODULAR SEWERAGE SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED. ALL SEWERAGE WATER SHALL GO TO THE STP AND OVERFLOW FROM THE STO SHALL BE, CONNECTED TO THE MUNICIPAL SEWERAGE SYSTEM.
