Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

Site is located at Khasra No 160 Part, 161 Part, 164Part, 165/1Part, 165/2Part, 167Part, 170part, 174part,175part,245part, 246part and 250part. Side is located around 200 m from Bijli Bamba-Byepass Road, Meerut. Side is approximate 1 Km from Shatabdi Nagar RRTS station.

Boundary Wall

A 2-meter high, 230-mm thick brick wall with RCC columns and beams will be constructed. At the corner facing road, the project logo will be displayed with RERA Number and RERA QR code. Iconic design gate will be fixed at the entrance of the project.

Road Work

Form the main entrance gate we have 80mm thick interlocking brick/RCC road throughout the project, whose wideness starts from 10mtrs.

Footpaths

1.5 m wide Footpath is provided for Pedestrian wherever required on the side of road in entry exit locations. Footpath will be build with pavour block tiles .

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

Drinking water supply will be made at the plot. Pipeline will be connected from water Overhead Tank. Water overhead Tank of 150 KLD will be build.

Sewer System

We will be providing STP and overflow from the STP will be connected with the drain system.

Drain

Storm water shall be Provided. Storm water from Roads and other landscape area shall be connected to the Storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting Pit for recharge the Ground water and overflow shall be connected with drain line.

Parks

Parks / Green area in the project will be approx 6002.70 SQM approx. Children play area will be provided.

Tree Planting

Yes, more than 130 Trees of different category such as ornamental, shady and native species shall be planted in the project.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

Transformer, HT Panel Room, LT Panel Room, Designer Electric Poles, Led Lights will be Provided. All Electrical related workings shall be as per bureau of Indian standards, Indian Electricity rules.

Community Buildings

Not provided/Not applicable.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

All Sewerage water will go the STP and overflow from the STP will be connected with the Municipal sewerage system. When come into force.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

Solid waste generated will be will be segregated at its point of generation in the different color bins on the basis of tis biodegradability at a single disposable point, the collection and disposal of the solid waste from the project is done in such a way that it will be scientifically dispose no causing any eyesore or adverse effect to the surroundings.

Water Conservation System

Rain water harvesting system with proper rainwater harvesting pit are provided on site, water savings fixture are provided in the building treated water from STP is to be used for flushing, gardening and landscaping purpose in the building, to conserve water and waste as less possible.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

We will utilize LED lighting in external and common areas, along with solar lights in landscaped zones. All engineering equipment will be energy-efficient, and we will also recommend that individuals use LED lights and energy-efficient air conditioning systems.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Fire hydrants will be installed at the site. Water connection will be arranged for fire hydrants as per requirements.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Not to be provided.

Emergency Evacuation Services

Plotted development only, hence not applicable.

Other Miscellaneous Work

CCTV camera and guard hut will be provided at the entrance of the colony.
