All plots are demarcated as per the layout plan being attached. The plot would be demarcated as per the plot area above mentioned for each unit. Further,the development cost would be incurred in the proportion of the plot size and total land.
All plots are covered by separate boundary walls of atleast 1.5 metres. The colony would be having the boundary wall at the boundary of the colony of height of atleast 2.5 meters.
Black top road is proposed to be laid in the colony. The road would be laid across the colony for the comfort of the residents. The road width would range from 7.5 mtr to 9 mtr as sanctioned in attached layout.
Paved biock with the footpath as per approved layout being attached. Footpath would be made across the blocks for the walking residents. The footpath would be of 2 feet wide outside the units.
Wather for general utility and drinking water purpose will be provided by the laid pipeline. The water supply would be provided through the overhead watertank. The water supply would be through pipeline would be laid as per the service layout having all the plumbing external development details
Sewer system would be nade for the cleanliness of the colony. The sewerage plan would be made for the flow of sullage water easily through the sewer system. Proposed water treatment plant will be installed for the treatment of the sewer.
Drain would be constructed in the blocks for thr removal of residual waste out out of the residency through sewage. The same would be constructed as per service layout approved and attached. The drain would be made under the paved pathway. The plan would be made such a way that the water at the road would be flown in the drain.
Park area of 2059 sq.mt. will be developed as per the approved layout plan. 2 parks would be constructed within the colony. Park would contain temple and other facilities for the kids.
100 plants would be planted all over the residency.
Electric Pole and separate electricity connection will be taken from the concerned electricity department of jhansi. The electric plan would be sanctioned from the electricity board of jhansi.
A clubhouse has been proposed in the layout.

Solid waste will be collected regularky by the cleaning department of the cityi.e Nagar palika
Rain wather harvesting and sewage treatment plan has been proposed as per the approved layout for developing wather conservation system as per the Govt norms.
