Development Works

Demarcation of Plots

We have a plot, which is divided into two sectors, namely Sector-A & Sector -B.

Boundary Wall

Boundary wall shall be minimum 1.80 meters high from formed ground level, and shall be constructed of RCC, Block Work, MS Grill. MS Grill ( painted) shall be provided on front side to enhance visibility of teh complex and for aesthetic & architectura considerations /Intent.

Road Work

We have bituminous road from external main road ( Sultanpur Road) leading to Sector A, Sector B and then within the boundary of Sector A & Sector B we shall have paver block road/ Cement Concrete Road. The width of the roads is as stated in the lay out plan.

Footpaths

Footpaths are planned along the main road.

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

We have planned two bore wells, underground water storage, over head storage and pump room for pumping the water to OHT. OHT shall be on terrace of each tower. Underground tank shall be common for teh Towers.

Sewer System

Modular Sewerage system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall be go to the STP and overflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municipal sewerage system.when come into force.

Drain

Storm water shall be Provided. Storm water from Roads and other landscape area shall be connect to the Storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting Pit for recharge the Ground water and overflow shall be connect with Municipal drain line when come in to existence/force

Parks

We will provide green area as per norms with the different activities and the green area will have gaming facilities for kids.

Tree Planting

We will provide trees all along the main road, boundary wall & in green areas.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We will design & implement the system as per local electricity Board and will consider centralized Transformer, HT panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and DG back for common service like External lighting,Lifts, STP, Pump room etc.

Community Buildings

We are providing Club buildings two numbers under Tower-2 & Tower-3 on Stilt Floor of these two towers. Banquets Hall on usual charges as may be decided by the Builderand or RWA on its formation.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Modular Sewerage system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall be go to the STP and overflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municipal sewerage system.,when come into force.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

There are a proper garbage collection area provided for the solid waste management.

Water Conservation System

We are providing Rain water harvesting pits, treated water from STP shall be used for Flushing & horticulture etc to minimise the water consumption from external sources including bore wells and also to improve ground water level etc.

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

We will use LED lights fitting in external area as well as solar lights etc as per norms. In Pump room also all the equipment shall have energy efficient motors, efficient Lifts of reputed make. And we will suggest to individual also to use power saving fixtures & equipment.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

We will provide Fire Fighting facility in common areas as per approval/recommendations of Local Fire Authorities.

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Banquets Hall on chargeable basis is being provided, school plot is being provided for construction of a primary school, club buildings on ground floor/ stilt floor of two Towers I.e. Tower 2 & Tower 3 are being provided.

Emergency Evacuation Services

We are providing fire tower as per norms, refuge areas in Towers 1 to Tower-5 and shall be providing signages at critical location for the help of users/visitors.
