Demarcation of Plots

This is single plot of roughly rectangular shape, having total 1 no. of entry gate and 1 no. of exit gate from the 18.288 mtr (60 Feet) wide front road Site is surrounded by other plots on two side

1.8 - 2.1 m high and 230 mm thick Boundary wall designed . Brick Work of 9 inches and rcc work in column and beam may be used as per design. MS Broad entrance and exit gates are developed with boundary

Road Work

High quality Bitumen road over 200 mm thick WBM will be used as per design suggested by the Architects for internal road

Footpaths

All internal roads will have 1.50 m wide footpath in 60-80 mm thick concrete pavers or equivalent finishes

Water Supply Including Drinking Water Facilities

UP JAl Board will provide the water supply to the Plot and Individual . Ground water may also be used. Also end user shall be used their individual RO system as per their requirement. Overhead tanks shall be provided on building terrace for distribution through gravity

Sewer System

Centralized Sewerage system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall be go to the STP for treatment after treatment ,water shall be recycle and it will use in gardening and overflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municipal sewerage system.

Storm water system shall be Provided. Storm water from Roads and other landscape area shall be connect to the Storm water drain channel and go to the Rain water harvesting Pit for recharge the Ground water and overflow shall be connect with Municipal drain line.

Parks

There is one main park on the entrance with play area for children and different recreational activities. Facility of Open Gym will be provided as per Architect designs.

Tree Planting

There are 5 type of trees provided in site which are kachnar, gulmauhar, amaltas, kusum and neem.

Design For Electric Supply Including Street Lighting

We have design the system as per local electricity Board and consider centralized Transformer, HT panel, LT Panel, Feeder Pillar and DG back for common service like External lighting, STP, Pump room etc.

Treatment and Disposal System of Sewage and Sullage water

Centralized Sewerage system shall be Provided. All Sewerage water shall be go to the STP for treatment after treatment ,water shall be recycle and it will use in gardening and flushing system and overflow from the STP shall be connect with the Municipal sewerage system.

Solid Waste Management And Disposal System

There are a proper garbage collection area provided for the solid waste management.

Water Conservation System

A well designed rain water harvesting system shall be provided for the whole building complex to conserve water

Energy Management System Including Use of Renewable Energy

We will use LED lights fitting in external area as well as solar lights. In STP and Pump room all the equipment shall have energy efficient motor.

Fire Protection And Fire Safety System

Since the building is less than 45m in height all the fire norms shall be followed as NBC and approval of fire department

Social Infrastructure And Other Public Amenities Including Public Health Services

Sewerage ,Storm water and water supply system shall be Provided. We have Proposed common Pump Room with Primary filtration, Transfer pumps to fill the domestic overhead tank. Water for domestic use & Flushing go down through gravity from domestic as well as flushing tanks. All Sewage shall be go to the STP for recycling the water.
